This kind of thing takes no time at all, especially if you shop in any sort of an organized fashion. Your frozen items and meat should be more or less all in one place in your cart, because who goes to the freezer section for ice cream, then back to the meat section, then over to household cleaners, then back to meat, then back to the frozen aisles. Organize your list by section, you'll be filling your cart by section, and you'll be able to unpack the cart by section.

Of course, a lot of this depends on shoppin g with a list. If I don't have a list, I have a nasty tendency to forget things.
