The legal hoops that would need to be leapt through to actually remove the president under the 25th Amendment would likely take until November, if not longer. I believe Biden is perfectly capable of serving out the remainder of his term, but a fight over the 25th amendment would merely distract both him and Harris, no matter what the eventual outcome is.

You are missing the point here. The 25th amendment imposes a unique duty on the VP to evaluate the president’s ability to perform his duties. She has had this duty for 3 1/2 years. She should detail her actions in carrying out this duty.
