No, sorry, I don't think so. Her identity wasn't stolen. I'm not really sure her image was even stolen. Sure, it was used. I've seen it lots of times. I had no idea who Jennifer was until you mentioned it. If she's still John Knoll's wife, I'm sure she had no problem with him using it, especially (if what others say here is true) she has said she has no problem with it.

Why create a tempest in a teacup? This appears to be a non-issue.
